ePortfolio allows health professionals to maintain records of their qualifications and achievements as their career progresses. It was developed internally by a team at NES and is has over 450,000 users, having been successfully marketed as a product to other health bodies.

As part of a wider digital transformation project, New Now were engaged as an independent third party to provide a thorough technical audit of ePortfolio, its outputs and processes. A complete review of the system, including front-end, backend code, database, environments, dependencies and processes was undertaken. This resulted in a comprehensive document for internal stakeholders, with recommendations made for future direction.
